Nutrient pollution is a pressing issue in Wake Forest, NC, and it's a cause that is incredibly important to us because it could hurt the aquatic life that we dearly love. These videos are about pollution in Falls Lake. On the Question survey, we would like you to submit any questions you have about the video and resources. I talk about the oil that comes from cars and from factories, so when the factories let out oil, it goes into the waterways/systems, and that's what causes a type of nutrient pollution. Just like water pollution, there are many other types of pollution

I talk about the trash that gets everywhere when people litter, for example, when you go on a hike and you bring a granola bar, you might not have anywhere to put your trash, so you might just leave it on the ground, which is littering, which is another type of pollution
